The Bully Surveys helped us understand our school culture better. With a better understanding of what was going on with our kids, we decided to add another supervisor to our lunch periods.
The data from the Bully Surveys still provides us with information and motivation to help improve our school climate. We have implemented upperclassmen led curriculum for our freshmen to continue to grow a positive climate. The role identification we use comes directly from the Bully Surveys. –Chris Nizzi

The Bully surveys are invaluable tools for any school or organization that has an interest in honest feedback about how students are feeling about "life" at school. We used the survey for grades 5 and 6 this year and our eyes were opened wide by the results. First, let me say that the powerpoint presentation that was received was an amazing tool to use to share results with staff. It was clear, forthright and a powerful way to help staff members understands where and how bullyilng was taking place at school. As a community that has been working hard for many years to prevent and intervene in bullying situations, the information we received helped us reflect on what was working and what was not. After receiving this important data, we took a serious look at how to proceed.
As a researcher in this field, I know it is important to begin with a school survey to look at data from the point of view of all constiutents. The students' perception is where we must look first. I highly recommend the targetbully survey for any school that has an interest in alleviating bullying in their setting.
